Terrible Service

Absolutely worst service delivery I have ever received. We purchased oak paper trays last year June 2022 for an amount of R6,053.60, but they delivered cherry paper trays. We asked if they would please exchange it for what we ordered, which seems to be a simple request. I phone weekly, and every time it is a different excuse. It has been 8 months and we are still waiting for them to assist and sort out their mistake!!! We did not receive what we paid for, we are not using the trays that were delivered, so effectively this company stole from us. DO NOT purchase from them or expect any after sales service delivery.
