Terrible Service!!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE servivce!!!!!!! 1 empty promise after the next!!!!!! Our counter was suppose to be delivered on 11 April 2023 in Cape Town already after delays due to Easter weekend - their website shows 2-14 working days. Now we are on 18 April 2023 all the telephone numbers on their website are not work, after getting a third number from Facebook I get told that there will be more delays and that is just how it works - no apology. I also have my own business that is NOT how it works. Then when I get angry I get told that I am a common Afrikaans woman. So that is how you talk to your customers????? I told them when I phoned I need the counter by 31 March 2023 as we have a new office opening and this date was then 14 days so if 14 days is the max on your website then I expect to get it at, at least 14 days. Now on 18 April we get told it can take up to 8 weeks and still no one has phoned us to tell us about any delay or to apologise instead I get told that I am a common Afrikaans woman!!!
