Terrible service and empty promises!!

Do not buy from this company, as their customer service is terrible!! I have waited almost 3 months for two office chairs, where delivery was promised 4 times with no delivery being done. Eventually I received my chairs after almost 3 months, where the workmanship was not up to standard. I have asked for a refund, but they don't want to give me a refund. I also told them that there is someone home only certain days of the week for them to collect the chairs, and then they pitch up at my house without contacting me first and then no one is there. I have never experienced such terrible service and they don't want to give my money back! I don't want my chairs fixed, I want my money back!! Don't buy from them, it will cost you!
