Terrible service

26 September 2018 - Ordered Draughtsman Chair 01 October 2018 - Paid for in full and POP sent 05 October 2018 - Sent follow up email to enquire about delivery and turnaround time after payment was sent, 09 October 2018 - Sent another follow up email as telephone number listed on the website did not ring through on the day. Sent 2nd email on the same day threatening to have funds retracted if I do not get a response. 09 October 2018 - Response was received 45min later after I threatened to have funds retracted advising me that they will get back to me. Also explaining that they don't keep stock and are reliant upon manufacturers for their items..which I then in good faith accepted and let it be awaiting further notice or communication in due course. 20 November 2018 - Received email advising me that courier company was unable to deliver and need confirmation of my delivery address together with contact number...YET THIS IS ALL SUPP**** ON INITIAL ORDER WITH OFFICE STOCK INCLUDING MY CELL NUMBER! 20- 21 November 2018 - Arranged with courier company direct and provided necessary details for delivery. 21 November 2018 - Met with delivery truck just to find what was being delivered was a TYPIST CHAIR not anywhere even near what my order stipulated and I paid for. 21 November 2018 - Called the number listed and by some small miracle it was answered by Johan Watson who then informed me after I told him what the problem was that they are not there to check on the outgoing orders being loaded !!! and that he will get back to me....I subsequently sent email to request a refund and state my dissatisfaction in no uncertain terms...STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE...
