Terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Order placed 27 June 2020. After having to contact them for an update I was told to allow 10 business days for delivery. 10 days passed still no delivery, had to follow up again. Then I was told 14 days for delivery. Still nothing, after phoning Johan again, I was promised delivery by 17 July. Of course no delivery happened.

Had to follow up again today and Johan was very rude and unprofffessional. Why should I as the client who paid upfront have to follow up all the time on my order??

The website on ordering doesn't give you the option to choose your fabric or chair handles if not included, so if I didn't phone to follow up I would never know this as when you select your product on the website it doesn't tell you that this is not what the chair really looks like, or give the option to choose fabrics.

Get your website sorted and work on your customer service. And for potential customers - if you want to wait forever to receive a product then order with this company!
