shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Total lack of professionalism. Took an order with upfront payment. Promised delivery date 7-10 days. Order would not have been placed if our required delivery date was not promised by the owner. Now nearly 3 weeks AFTER due date - NOTHING!!! Owner avoids all our calls. No response WHATSOEVER from the company. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. How do companies like this stay in business?

We had a problem with the supplier Alusteel for the reason that the owner of the business went into hospital and his son had to run the business.
