Product ordered, not delivered, no refund forthcoming after more than 4 months. Stay away!

I bought a product from this company in January 2023 of more than R10 000. They were unable to deliver it, but already had my money. Numerous requests by email and telephone and text for the promised refund did not help. Still waiting. They blame Payfast, who I contacted who was not aware of any refund request. We are now moving to legal action.
