No communication, late delivery and no respect for consumer rights.

Product ordered, not delivered after many promises and phone calls. Then after about 3 months, the products arrived with no feedback or any communication and even after I asked for a refund several times. During this process I sent a letter of demand, contacted the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman (CGSO), contacted Payfast and the NCC. Even the CGSO had to close the case as they got no response from Office Stock. The case was then referred to NCC. I would be very careful when dealing with this company.
