Literally the worst company I've dealt with. No exaggeration.
Ordered a single network cable which took over 2½ months to arrive after I had to poke them for it. No communication. When it arrived it was the wrong cable. I then sent (admittedly a rather miffed) email back asking if I ask for a replacement if it will take another 2½ months to arrive. Message I get back: "Hello, No need for attitude. I will sort it out tomorrow. Johan Watson".
Pretty much a caricature of incompetence and poor customer relations... Good job Johan, MVP right there...

Mark, sorry that we are a bad company due to the fact that the colour of the lan cable does not fit in with the colour scheme of your walls. I have refunded you and you can keep the other cable as a reminder of my words that the highest trees catch the most wind. Only attention seekers run to social platforms for everything. When you are in Johannesburg one day come and have coffee with me so that I can show you how many satisfied customers we have. We have no need to publish everything to social media as we have real friends in business.
