Lies, terrible service and bad attitude

This is the worst service I have encountered in ages. I ordered a part on Monday (I called first and was told it would be delivered early Tuesday). Tuesday morning I was told it would only arrive in the afternoon. Wednesday I was told the part had arrived from their supplier and would be delivered the same day. Thursday morning I was told they are (inexplicably) awaiting the part. So there are lies to spare. At every junction of this journey, I was told they would call me back, at least 6 times and I have not received a single call from them nor received an apology for the ineptitude or lies. Johan (the correspondent) has a terrible "F you" attitude and now refuses to answer the phone as well. I am still without the part I ordered. Avoid this company, I will never do business with them again!

Dear Gustav, your order was delivered today to you. We told you that your goods will be delivered today. 3 Days from placement of order is pretty quick. I wanted to deliver your chair mechanism after hours to you yesterday and you told me "no". We could not deliver early this morning and you were upset about it. Nobody have treated you bad as per your Hello Peter message to us.

If you pay attention to what I wrote you will notice a few things: 1. I was promised a next day delivery before I ordered the part by your staff, via telephone. 2. I was told lies about it's arrival from the supplier to you from Tuesday morning until this morning. 3. How would you have delivered the part after hours on Wednesday when you told me on Thursday morning you were waiting for it to get to you from the supplier? 4. Six times that I called you, you ended the calls with "let me find out and call you back" and never called back once, I had to call you constantly and then my calls just started getting ignored. The order arrived hours after you've ignored my calls and I'd placed this complaint. Please don't act like you were magnanimous about this, even after voicing my dissatisfaction, I received no apology and you responded with another "let me call you back", which of course you did not do.
