Extremely poor customer service

Extremely dissatisfied and disgusted by lack of professionalism from this company. I ordered Adda wooden 4 legged visitor chair February 22nd and received an order confirmation February 23rd. From then on didn't receive any updates nothing, dead silence. March 1st, I sent an email requesting updates, no one responded. March 04th, sent another email, again no one responded. I then called three times (04 March) before it was answered, Johan promised to get back to me but he didn't. Following day l called again seven times before Johan answered and said their lead time is usually 14-21days. March 22nd I called again this time I was told they have a problem with the manufacturer but Johan asked me to whatsapp him so he could send me pictures of an alternative chair he can send me instead of the one I ordered. Sent him a whatsapp text which he never even viewed to this day. March 25th I sent another follow-up whatsapp text which was also ignored, then I decided to call in the afternoon and this time he was all over the place. March 26th, I sent an email demanding a refund but no one responded. April 09, I sent another email demanding my refund but still no one responded. I then called 24 times before he answered and told me if I want I can get my lawyer involved he will tell them their lead time is 14-21days, which has long passed. He eventually came back to his senses and told me he's going to contact the manufacturer and get back to me. Later that day he emailed me saying he informed them he's only giving them until Wednesday and if they still can't deliver he wants refund. April 12th, I called three times before he answered saying he meant Wednesday the 17th not the 10th, which was not mentioned on his email. He then promised to call me Monday or Tuesday to update me but he didn't. Today I called, a woman answered and tookdown my order number and promised to get back to me but I'm still waiting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
