Disappointing channel of communication

I ordered some school desks and chairs in November and have been trying to get hold of office stock for quite some time now. I want to change the delivery address and would also like to order more furniture, however, can't get hold of them. When I Phone the number they give on their website, it says it's unobtainable. I have emailed them and have also used their website to try and contact them. I have also contacted Johan Watson directly who told me to email. I have still not received any response. I have to have the school furniture, as well as more furniture, before the end of the month. The least I expect is an email stating they are busy or closed or when I can expect a proper response, etcetera, but nothing. I am highly disappointed by this service..
