Wev have bought 20 chairs with their Sales Rep Johan december 2017, delivery was expected on the 20th of December to this date we are still waiting. we have been calling them sending them email and evreytime we are promised to being called back but nothing for chairs paid for
Sewela Ramaotswa. from SACCRA in Midrand. Your order was done over December and as we told you many times that the manufacturers only opens on the 15th of January 2018. Your chairs were delivered after that and signed off by yourself. Our company can do nothing while the manufacturers are closed in December. As said this matter has been resolved with yourself.
