CORRECTIVE ACTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE:

I recently wrote a very bad review about office stock, however after deliberation with the Director/Owner Johan Watson, we found each other and meet each other half way. I am very impressed in the manner in which he resolved my query. I actually bought chairs with the wrong dimensions. Johan was happy to replace the chairs with the correct ones. That in it self reflect the business person that went an extra mile for the customer. Despite all my disappointment in the recent time, OFFICE STOCK/Johan brought my smile back on my face, KEEP IT OFFICE STOCK. With these kind of service corrective action, i recommend to any potential customer of office stock that you can indeed do business with these company.
