52 Working Days and Counting

I am very disappointed with this company. Zero explanations as to why my order is late and why I have not had any correspondence until I follow up with them. My order was expected to ship in 3 - 14 working days. It has been 52 working days and I still have not even received a waybill.

Each time I contact them, I'm told they will follow up with the manufacturers. A few weeks later I contacted them to see what the manufacturers said and suddenly my order is ready that day and they will arrange a courier.

3 weeks later I follow up on my waybill, as I don't believe a courier takes this long (or if they do, perhaps I could be told about this or kept informed along the way.) The response I get is: "Hope all is well? [no it is not, I run a school and had to borrow chairs and desks, I told the people I would need them for 2 or 3 weeks and it has now been over 2 months]

I do apologise for the inconvenience. [what is the reason for ANOTHER delay?] I will have a word with my boss to resolve this issue and to send you the waybill as soon as possible. [What is the issue? What went wrong? Who isn't playing their part in this process? I was told on 15 March that I would be getting the waybill...it is now 13 April] I will keep you posted [Not likely, if I look at how often I've had to follow up after weeks of no correspondence]

Let's see......

(And I sincerely hope that this doesn't negatively affect my order in any way)
