Complain about price n pride

<p>Hi I bought a bed at this price n pride furniture shop wich is Russell's now in 2014 November so in2015 October I lay complain about the base set that is broken they sent someone from JD service center to come and check after two days they sent msg that I can go to the shop that I bought that bed to get a new one the manager of the shop refuse she said they are not longer take the broken goods in their shop so she told me that they must come and collect that bed and bring the new one till today is almost a year now waiting paying every month nothing happens my last installment is next year may plz help I don't know what to do my phone number is ********** 388 work no. ********** 282</p>
