Complain

<p>I bought a property for R120.000 on august 2016 through Africa Estate Agency, and that property did not have electricity and the estate agency promised to sort out that problem instead they installed an ******* connection with could have cost me R10.000 i took it up with their office and they promised they will fix it, but they failed to do so. So in december 2016 they suggested i sell the property and they will get me a house that does not have problems and i agreed i asked them about the money i bought the house with and Lawrence the estate agent said im going to get my R120.000 back and the property was sold in december 2016.</p> <p>In january 2017 i asked him Lawrence now that my money is being kept in trust account of the transfer attorney is it generating interest because im repaying the loan with interest at the bank and he said he will find out for me and he didnt until I asked Nicolene the secretary from the office of the transfer attorney, no one could give me an answer to that so i told them they refund me so that i should rather go and invest it at the bank where it will generate interest.</p> <p>And on the 1st of march 2017 R109.370.95 was deposited into my account instead of R120.000 and i made some renovatons into that property before it was sold Lawrence promised i will get R2700.00 back of the expenses it was also not refunded, so im asking help to sort out this&nbsp;</p>
