Worst ever service

I lodged a complaint during January at the Consumer Protection Offices (Klerksdorp) . Webster from the Klerksdorp office came and did and inspection. Up to know, 3 months later, no action no outcome. The person working on the case is never at work, i have never seen such bad service. They are here to help the consumer but are indeed just as bad as the people they are there to protect us from.
