sacpa credit report

I joined sacpa SACPA-CAS-INT-0046 and they make u pay r420 and monthly fees but they don't assist or helps as they say..for consumer protection agen for customer u don't live up to ur name..I'm still waiting on credit history and to clear my name as account has been settle months ago.
