No one to trust and rely on!!!

I spent R1476.59 on an order I placed for my new home with MRP Home. I did this online for pick up at the branch. I expedited the shipping and expected the items within 3 days. I contacted them on the third day with them stating my order was cancelled and I would get my money back due to a 'technical error' that's never happened before, my order was displaying items lower than their actual sale price. I said it was not my error and still want my goods at same price. They offered me R200 compensation voucher which I declined. I contact the protection act and they agreed this was wrong, said to send all my proof which I did on AUGUST 12th 2015!!! A girl called me 2 weeks ago and said she got my complaint and see it was resolved with a R200 voucher - I told her NO that is COMPLETELY incorrect and they had just wasted 3 weeks of 'investigating' for THAT result?? no investigation done AT ALL when I sent them everything they needed. Now no one has contacted me back and I am unable to get through to anyone! I just want to be treated FAIRLY and given the items I had in my order at the cost I paid for them!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
