Helpless Consumer

Don't try and complain about consumer abuse tho this organisation. I found their contact info online. Wrote two emails to different dresses on the web page , all came back. Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: Then tried calling, first i was number 4 in the que to be connected then suddenly I was number 8 in the que, FIVE minutes later I was number 8 and that's when I ended the call. We are being ripped-off left right and centre and the body to protect the consumers is in cahoots with BIG business Don't bother using the email address provided it does not exist *** ***
