Worst online and delivery services

Truworths online delivery service is the worst online service I’ve ever experienced. Their website says delivery should take about 5-7 days, mine took a whole 2 weeks and nobody even bothered to contact me I would be the one to call and ask them to track it coz their online tracker is **** anyways it doesn’t really tell you exactly what is going on. I called them about four times asking them to track my order and they would tell me that the courier company apparently didn’t find me. I remember on 2 different days I literally spent time outside my house waiting for them and they didn’t come. I ended up cancelling the whole order. I had used my account details to purchase online so as you can imagine I was expected to pay an instalment by the end of the month for something I didn’t have. I even closed the account because service in their stores is no different anyways. Never ever shopping there again.
