Exceptional service from office london store
I visited office london Galleria mall and the service was very excellent the staff was very welcoming and friendly . I would definetly recomand it to others becouse of their quality brandd and excellent service . Keep up the good work!

Office London quality is very bad
I really concerned about the quality of your sneakers, on my experience sneakers that I new balance are not the same quality like the ones we on their original shops. I bought New balance sneakers at New balance shop in 2021 the shoe is in good quality everything is still intact. last year 2025 I bought New balance again at Office London my sneakers need to be repaired the sole is already worn out. I recently bought Nike sneakers around April at Office London am so scared I don't trust the quality & I already see signs 🥵 bought tracksuit paints wore it once, it has develops lint the same day & I took it back

Office London quality is very bad
I really concerned about the quality of your sneakers, on my experience sneakers that I new balance are not the same quality like the ones we on their original shops. Worse online customer service
Office London has the worst service ever I bought shoes online and I am struggling to return them. I went to truworths they don’t have the cash, I can’t return them back via courier, I spent more than R100 airtime calling and all I get is back and forth, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM OFFICE LONDON EVER AGAIN.

Worse online customer service
Office London has the worst service ever I bought shoes online and I am struggling to return them. I went to truworths they don’t have the cash, I can’t return them back via courier, I spent more than R100 airtime calling and all I get is back and forth, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM OFFICE LONDON EVER AGAIN.

Parcel never arrived
I’ve ordered a puma backpack online on the 4/02/2026 and I’ve received a message on the 6th that says the bag would be delivered between 8am and 17:00 but never did, then last week Monday I received a call from the driver telling me that the bag will be delivered the next.On the next day my package never arrived and I called the driver he told me to wait for 2 minutes and he’ll get back to me but never did.I’ve sent an email several times for follow and a consultant got back to me and said she’d follow but to this day I haven’t received my package and it was for a gift for my daughter as I explained to the consultant that my daughter was going back to Johannesburg,Truworths is a **** I will never buy from this company again,poor customer service.

No cash
I laybyed a pair of shoes at office paid by card collected it and didn't want it anymore trying to return it is a nightmare they never have cash and apparently they can not refund it back to my card went to two stores in Claremont and waterfront in cape town same storiy even at Truworths they have same issues when u buying cash and returning they don't have cash or have issues now I must waste petrol and time running around to get my money

Nightmare at Office London
I would like to express my disappointment to Office London with regards to my online purchase that was done 17 December 2025 What was supposed to be a christmas gift is turning out to be a nightmare as I have not received the package yet. This is unacceptable as I have no answers for the person the gift was intended for and is very embarrassing. No communication, nothing, this is the worst experience I have ever had.
