Office London has the worst service ever

I bought shoes online and I am struggling to return them. I went to truworths they don’t have the cash, I can’t return them back via courier, I spent more than R100 airtime calling and all I get is back and forth, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM OFFICE LONDON EVER AGAIN.
