What a pathetic company

I purchased a pair of shoes from them in late December. I had a problem of my clips on the sneakers coming off on its own and it coming loose in front. The bubble of the sneakers wasn't as its supposed to be. In January I called them to inform them about my experience and was told to return it. I took it back which was in February as I it was back to work and had a few issues to resolve. I was waiting for the response from them which wasn't done and when I called in March the sales assistant told me she could see that the shoe had problems. I was then told they were going to be sent away to head office again as head office said it's not a manufacturer problem and I already purchased the sneakers so there is nothing they can do about it. She then said she will send it again with much better explanation and then we immense into lock down which I understood. I called once their store opened and was directed to the area manager. He said he would look into the matter and call me back on Monday. And it's Thursday a d still no call back. I called the store and no answer. Today I got through to them and was told it's out of their hands. They are quick to defer a case but can't assist their customers. Terrible customer service they have.
