Went to office London southgate today thanks exchange gift for birthday present,Nthabiseng told me they can't exchange if I don't have proof of payment but at the back of they slip it's state you can exchange unworn gift I asked her email address to log a complain she gave me wrong email address I think she undermine me since I'm black
