Truworths customer care not assisting me on my query

Good day, My name is Phumzile on the 20th of June I made an order online at Office london/Truworths.My order was delivered to a wrong address they confirmed with me because I've been communicating with Truworths customer care, I communicated with Gregory via email and telephonically Veronica she tried assisting me but she failed because, till to date my order has not being delivered and the bill has been added to my account, I'm very terrified and angry at the same time please help me.
