Terrible service at gateway office london

I purchased a new balance sneaker early May 2020. After second use the front if the shoe bust opened. I then took the shoe back to the store and the manager viewed the shoe and said it's my fault. It's amazing how she can just look at the shoe and say how it got ripped open. Terrible service. I want to take further action.
