Terrible, ********** service

I bought a pair on sneakers on Thursday 21 December 2023 at the V&a Waterfront in Cape Town. I was in a rush and was not offered a till slip. Returnd them yesterday but the store manager TJ wouldn't help me even though I showed him the bank statement to prove I made the purchase and the sneakers are still in a good condition with the price on he still wouldn't help. He was a bit rude, I called him to order, never apologized though. Pathetic service. TJ who claimed to be the store manager refused to give me his full name after I asked a couple of times. He mentioned he is known as TJ at head office. Rest assured I am never visiting the store again, and will share my experience with everyone I know. I still do not believe this happened in South Africa in this day and age. I mean really, I want to exchange the same item.
