Ridiculous and Terrible Service

I ordered my first pair of shoes from Office London and chose the delivery to store option, I was told it would be delivered to Naartjie at V&A Waterfront, however when I called the call centre to confirm that my order was delivered, they told me yes it was. I received this on email as well saying Nikita signed for the package. When i visited and called Naarjie they said there is no-one by that name and my order is not there. This is ridiculous, I placed my order a while ago, where is it? I am not wasting time driving around looking for my order, I need this picked up from where-ever it is and hand delivered to me ASAP.
