Poor Service from store

The service I received today at the the V&A store around 6:00PM where I came to the store to check for a size for ***. The guy that assisted me was seriously not happy to have a job at one of your stores, I asked him to check on the system for the item on the system. The attitude he gave me as if there was something wrong I did or said to him before, you'd swear the way he conducted himself he knew me personally. The manager stepped in, where he had observed the amiss service I got from the guy from a far.

I was humiliated and treated like a retard in front of other customer I was so shook with the way he treated me I froze for a second as I have never received such service in my life.

I ended up paying for my account at context where I told the lady that was attending me about the bad service I got at Office London when the lady called the store and spoke to the manager about he dropped the call her. One of the ladies from context went to the store to get the style number so that they can check for and when he asked the gentleman that was assisting me. He did not deny it at all
