Poor service

I ordered a Puma mayze sneaker for my child online, they accepted the order and sent me the tracking number. After two days I received an email saying that my order has been canceled due to non availability of the item that I ordered. As disappointing as it is, I have not received my refund. I have been waiting for it for 14 days now.
