Poor customer service

Every visit to the Office London Gateway store has left me upset each time. First of all, the staff don't bother with customer care. You get no assistance from them and when you finally get their attention for help, they don't attempt to look for a size, instead just brush you off saying there's no stock of the size. Once during a Christmas period, the music was blaring and customers had to yell over the music to talk to the staff. My suggestion is they'd rather close down the store because there's always no sizes and the staff hate working there!!! I wouldn't even give them one star in the rating but I had to so I could do a review.
