Office London shoes does not give refunds

I bought shoes in one of your stores in Sandton only to find that they don’t fit after my son tried them on. I tried to return them to the same store yesterday and I was told that they can not take them back as they are not in a resell-able condition. Now my frustration is that how can an item that was never worn be deemed as unsellable? The manager by the name of Mpho arrogantly referred me to customer care as she had made a decision that I must just keep the shoes and privately sell them as they were slightly stained. I explained that that small stain on the shoe laces could have occurred when the boy was trying them. This isn’t about the R650 that I paid for the shoes but the fact that I was never told that London has a policy that shoes can not be tried on to avoid a bit of a stain or they will not be refunded...
