I was in Sandton city store , Omphile assisted me but was not satisfied, I was doing an exchange on the shoes I bought a month and a couple of days, the shoes is still in original packaging and still in an excellent condition (never being worn).he said he couldn't exchange for me because of the policy of the store. My child does not like the shoes so now I paid R2000 for the shoes that my child is not gonna wear.
