Office London?!... Hmph

I am utterly disgusted by the feedback I received when returning a pair of brand new sneakers as the left foot was hurting me to the extent where I could barely walk. I understand that prices of sneakers are high but one expects with prices being so high not only a stunning looking sneaker but a COMFORTABLE one. I returned the shoe and was informed that it would be sent to the manufacturer for quality assessment. The feedback I received was generic something that could be copied and pasted. In essence telling me as the customer that there was nothing wrong with the shoe, so I guess I just "imagined" the pain, keeping in mind that I did not want a refund. All I wanted was a comfortable shoe and was willing to exchange. So due to the blatant disregard of one's body and hard earned money... I am the loser of 1k.. Thanks for nothing!..
