Office London false advertising

I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your store (OFFICE LONDON) in the V&A waterfront. I intended to make a purchase of a chuck tailor (black) All star for my nephew as a gift . It was to my advantage that I saw these sneakers has been marked down on your sale – which of cause I was ecstatic about . However when I asked for the infant size 8 . I had been asked if I could wait 10 to 15 minutes due then having to fetch the stock downstairs in the store room. I waited the allocated time that had been presumed. When I opened the box to check the shoes the one foot looks like it has been worn. When expressing this to the gentleman helping me – not only did he give me the sigh of irritation but also alerted me that those shoes are not on sale and that even though the size 11 that is on the shelf which shows they are on sale is “OLD” stock. My question to him was “ if I see a t-shirt that costs R2.00 and ask for a SMALLER size it should not cost me R202.00, addition to this I asked is this rise per size? If it is my request is for a smaller size so I don’t understand. By then his frustration levels with me was through the roof. I told him I don’t understand and requested to pay R440.00 which I see being advertised. After back and forth and no Joy I asked to speak to a manager – I was told by Yanga (the gentleman that has been assisting me all this time) that he is the supervisor on duty. So not only am I getting terrible service but there is no one in a superior position capable of actually assisting me . Yes, myself and my husband has been patient by spending nearly 40min in that store and still not having a gift for my nephew. My last I requested to Yanga was his name and an email address for the head office . He turned around told me “wait here- coming now”. Terrible English and bad body language. Not only was I confused about the pricing issues as it is both kiddies shoes. I was appalled at such behaviour, and have a good mind. The very next day i wrote to the headoffice. No reply I have to follow up. All i qas told his my details have been passed onto the manager of the store - he will sort this out. To date nothing has been done about the false advertising.
