Office London disappointing service

Office London advertised sneakers online then I go to their store in Menly and they told me they are out of stock..i was then told I can get them at east gate at fee and collect them. 3 days letter I'm told that they are out of stock and my order has been cancelled when I was clearly told there is stock at Eastgate.
