On the 31 May 2020 i went at the Office London Century City branch in Cape Town and heard the worst experience . Firstly when we walk in there was no one to provide sanitizer at the door and there was no customer inside the shop . and we waited for a Girl called Lunga to give us the sanitize whom looked very much ANNOYED. I ignore that i started looking at a trainer (Takkie) that i wanted found the trainer (Takkie) and i called her and asked her is the Air Force for Female or Male and she rep**** and say its uni*** and i said to her i know that but there is a difference between a male and a female size 6 and very cheeky she said it Uni*** . And reply okay please bring me a size 5 and 6 please .i fitted the shoes but i was not happy about the finishing of the shoe and i ask to get me another size and all this time girl not friendly and she looked so tired immediately she says there no other size , she did even offer to look at another store i heard to ask her and while she was looking i received a call and when i was done with call she already packed the 2 boxes and i waiting for feedback nothing i have to go again and ask and she was like i told you and i ask when cause i was on phone the whole time and i ask did i respond and i forgot to mansion when we first ask her help we spoke isixhosa with her she just looked at us with no response and i assumed she does not speak or understand isi xhosa . Joining in was Lwandiso Nkalane that told i am over reacting without even asking whats going on and when i ask for both they name Lwandiso refuse to give his surname and said they not allow to do so. I left the store went to Truworths next door and ask about this Ask for a manager and a gentleman called Goergle assistance me with kindness and confirmed Lwandiso was lying.
