Furious

I am so furious right now...I am new to the Truworths group as an account holder...and already I have had the most pathetic service from Office London in Canal Walk.

First of all I asked the lady for a specific size shoe for my daughter as it's her birthday over the weekend and she saw the shoe at the store. The don't have the size I need and the way it was brought across to me was rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. It is not what was said it's how it's said.

It's a special day for my daughter and not even then you can make an exception!

Very disappointed.
