Furious!

I went into the Office London store in East Rand Mall on the 23rd of December and 12:20 told the Man assisting me, Surprise is his name that I will be back now to get the shoe please keep it aside I went back 30 minutes later and he then told me thee other lady sold it to someone else! All he cold tell me was Sorry! WHAT UTTER *******! Had I gone back the next day I would have understood but I went the same day 30 minutes later! I am highly annoyed and disappointed! Absolute terrible customer service!
