False Advertising

Office London Fourways Mall, I went into this store as they had advertised the shoe that I wanted to buy. The shoe was marked down together with other items. The shoes were fitted and we were provided with the other shoe. The shoes were placed at the till while we proceeded to look for other items to purchase. There was plenty of time for the sales attendants to rectify this mistake and not waste my time. When at the till I realised that a different price was charged and I enquired. I was then only told that this was a mistake. I perceive this to be false advertising as the only reason I went into the store in the first place was because of the price. I gave the store an opportunity to contact the manager to rectify this. I will be returning everything I bought and consider closing my Truworths account and never shop at any Truworths' affliated stores after being a customer for over a decade.
