Disgusting service I received at office London

I am so angry 😡! Disgusted with the service I received at the store in the waterfront. We came to exchange my sisters birthday gift and the lady in store was so rude MZ she wasn’t helpful at all and was just helping people around us like we are not paying clients . We needed a other size and she just ignored us. She was so rude and nonchalant. She gave us this ugly look on her face and was just staring at us. She ruined my sisters birthday shopping experience as well. Definitely won’t be visiting to store again and I am so annoyed that I spent my money there. They definitely won’t be seeing me again. So disgusted and letting al my friends and family know to not visit your store again. 😤😤😤😤
