Bad service

I made an online purchase on 15th of April they said to me it will be delivered within 5-7 days.No updates on my order I am still waiting for my parcel till today, when you call they will put you onhold forever if you don't have enough airtime it will runout just hope they deliver my order before I leave for Varsity end of this month.
