Bad service, canal walk and waterfront store

Was at office london for a takkie on Sunday they call waterfront store to keep a takkie aside. Unfortunately nobody even picked up the phone, was told they have one pair left, I drove all the way to waterfront just to be told the takkie was sold, then I asked the sales assistant why they don't answer the phone, won't he tell me they can't answer when the store is busy. Like seriously u just lost a customer plus he had a attitude with me, if u know the store going to be busy employ more staff for the big days...service was pathetic and I will not be returning ever to this stores.
