Bad Customer service

Goodday On Friday the 26th of August 2022 I went to Truworths Southgate to pay my husbands account, I was sent to Office London Southgate This lady at the store told me i cant pay because she cannot log in the system, i should wait for her colleague who went to checkers to do his/her personal things during work hours... I find this as a very bad customer service and it is unprofessional. I waited for 10-15min Nothing other customers were coming in when wanting to pay they wer sent away by this lady... I asked who is in charge or wher is the store manager? I was told the Store manager is on mertenity leave.. I left without paying, i had to go back to Truworths, explained the scenario
