APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am shocked and disgusted by the way I was treated by a mere cashier who cleanly hates her job yet fully committed to ruining customer's shopping experience. The nerve to say I was cheeky and to tell me the hell to do. You can clearly see that this person is not even willing to assist in anything. The whole time she's supposed to be assisting me she's busy in her phone. This is atrocious, I am in disbelief and I want this matter escalated further, this is not the first I've had an encounter with this person. I even told her can't keep ruining my day and if she hates her job so much she needs to ****ing quit it. This happened in Cavendish Square
