Dissppointing service from oddishop

Very dissappointed with Oddishop. I ordered a scanner and paid for it on 10th March, but nothing was delivered before the lockdown despite many promises of prompt delivery. As of today 4th May, they are not answering their phones and the email address returns a standard reply, but nothing from an actual named person. Does anyone on this thread live close to their business and can go and check that they still exist?
