Bad Service all the way

See my previous review was also deleted. Lets just say, had similar issues. Bought a product-Delivery was promised. Never got the delivery. Eventually, after a couple(5 days) of days i tried to make contact they rep**** and said they can either refund me if i do not want the product after lockdown. I requested refund 9 days ago and yet still waiting. Really getting frustrated with them. Horrible service
