Worst service at Stanford Mews

Octotel service is currently down for over a week at Stanford Mews here in Parklands, cpt. I use my fibre for work. I spoke to the guys who are doing the maintenance several times but all i get is a stinky attitude. Octotel needs to take care of their customers because we pay for the service. Outage for over a week??!! Unacceptable
